Welcome to my world Chris. I work on the WS-Security Kerberos Token, doing the interop work between IBM and MS, and others. And I love the fact that the rfc's are a daily evolving doc, while the same time trying to write implementations. My suggestion to you. RUN! ESCAPE! Alas, it is entirely too late to save me...:)

Yeah, I've been in this world for a while myself. I was involved in WS-I from the start (in fact, I co-wrote one of the sample apps on behalf of Corillian) and deal with interop issues quite a bit. I prefer to stay above the standards work and work on real-world implementation concerns. I assume you work for IBM down in Austin? Do you work with Barbara McKee? If so, tell her I said hi. We haven't seen each other for about 1-2 years, but we worked together early on in WS-I.
